A program offered to provide guidance with personal issues, planning for life events or simply managing daily life which can affect your work, health and family. Provided at no cost to all employees.

Confidential Counseling

  • Helps employees address stress, relationship and other personal issues for you and your family

  • Sessions with highly trained master’s and doctoral level clinicians

  • Receive three sessions per issue per year for:

    • Stress

    • Anxiety

    • Depression

    • Relationship Conflicts

    • Problems with Children

    • Job Pressures

    • Grief & Loss

    • Substance Abuse

Free Online Will Preparation

  • Estate Guidance lets you quickly and easily write a will on your computer

  • Go to GuidanceResources.com and click on Estate Guidance link

  • Follow the prompts to create and download your will at no cost!

    • Name an executor to manage your estate

    • Choose a guardian for your children

    • Specify your wishes for your property

    • Provide funeral and burial instructions
